only boots, flats, and high heels look good with dresses so no. but the dress is really pretty.

Heels and flats should fit tighter so they don’t flop off your feet but tennis shoes have laces and you want a little more room for comfort. I wear at 7.5-8 in flats/heels but a 8-8.5 in sneakers.

Um… if you’re a 7 in grown up shoes, there isn’t an equivalent in children’s sizes.

I am going to a fancy dress party and need some shoes

that would be a size 10 also, as mens and womens shoes are both the same size. though I’m not sure how easy it will be for you to find womens shoes in a size 10, I think most places only go up to like a size 8 usually.
